Thank you to use PicAloha serivce, we collect the most questions we have received as following for your reference:

I have done for registration but still havn't received the confirmation email, what should I do?

It's very possible the confirmation email had been filtered as spam email. Please check your spam folder to find it.

How long will it take to receive the prints?

After confirm your payment, we will deliver the prints to you in 3 works days. The deliver time also depends on the shipping method. More information, please refer shipping info.

What dhould I do if I still havn't received the prints for exceed 10 days?

Don't worry, you use "Order issue button" in order detail page to contact us. We will have customer service to help to resolve the problem.

Return/replacement policy:

Every print is customized and unique! We will start to bake it after receiving confirmation of your order and the payment is completed, so that we do not offer seven days inspection period and return service of your online shopping. PicAloha team strongly recommend that make sure you do online preview for the print ,confirm the size and quantity again before the next step of payment!! Once your print being damaged by non-human flaws or receive the wrong items and other issues, you can send the inquiry/questions to PicAloha team within seven days of receipt of goods, we will help you as soon as possible!
